COURSE OVERVIEW

The CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction is designed for building and construction tradespeople, and those seeking a career change to develop their knowledge and skills in residential building and construction.

The CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction will provide knowledge about the following: how to plan building and construction work, apply building codes and standards to the construction process, prepare building contracts and apply for permits, and how to manage on-site work and a small business effectively.

The qualification is a Nationally Recognised Qualification and may assist you in preparing to become a Registered Building Practitioner.

This certificate includes 19 Units of Competence, including 11 core units and 8 elective units. This course is generally conducted via an online virtual classroom.
